Day 1: Arrive in Nairobi

Accessible Travel Kenya’s team meets you at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, at the aircraft door if you need airside assistance, and helps with immigration and luggage. A short transfer in the company’s ramp or swivel-seat van to the Eka Hotel. The afternoon is free to rest; your driver-guide briefs you on the days ahead.

Day 2: Full day: the park, the orphans and the giraffes

06:30, game drive in Nairobi National Park with a picnic breakfast. 11:00, the orphaned elephants at the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. 12:30, lunch in Karen. 15:30, feeding the Rothschild’s giraffes at the Giraffe Centre. Back at the hotel by about 17:30.

Day 3: Nairobi at leisure

A rest day, or a gentle half day at the Karen Blixen Museum or the Kazuri bead workshop.

Day 4: South to Amboseli

About 4 hours by road with a break on the way. Lunch at Kibo Safari Camp, then an afternoon game drive.

Day 5: The swamps

Morning and evening drives among the elephant families, with buffalo, hippo and flamingos below Kilimanjaro. Rest afternoon by the pool.

Day 6: Amboseli at your pace

A sunrise drive for the mountain views. Afternoon visit to a Maasai family homestead, or a final drive.

Day 7: Fly to the coast

Transfer to the Amboseli airstrip and fly to Ukunda (Diani), via Wilson where needed; Accessible Travel Kenya confirms routing at booking. The company’s coast team meets you for the 10-minute drive to Baobab Beach Resort.

Day 8: The beach

A slow day by the pool and the ocean, with a beach wheelchair on request.

Day 9: Colobus or the Shimba Hills

The colobus monkeys of Diani’s coastal forest at Colobus Conservation, or sable antelope and the ocean view in the Shimba Hills.

Day 10: Kisite-Mpunguti
