Stay inside Lake Nakuru National Park at Egret Savanna Camp (formerly Flamingo Hill Camp), with your own Land Cruiser and driver-guide. Nakuru is one of the best places in Kenya to see black and white rhino, and Rothschild’s giraffe, lions and flamingos on the lake shore.
Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Lake Nakuru
Pick-up in Nairobi and drive up the Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru, about three hours, stopping at a viewpoint over the valley. Afternoon game drive.
Day 2: Lake Nakuru
Morning and afternoon game drives around the lake, with a stop at Baboon Cliff and the Makalia Falls.
Day 3: Lake Nakuru – Nairobi
Morning game drive, then drive back to Nairobi for drop-off at your hotel or the airport.
