Fly to the Loisaba Conservancy in Laikipia for two nights at Loisaba Tented Camp, on an escarpment with views to Mount Kenya, then a night on a roll-out Star Bed on an open platform under the stars. Game drives, walks, night drives, the anti-poaching dog unit, e-bikes, sundowners and a bush meal are included.
Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Loisaba
Fly from Wilson Airport to Loisaba airstrip (about 1 hour) and transfer 15 minutes to the Tented Camp. Lunch and an afternoon game drive.
Day 2: Loisaba Conservancy
Shared game drives, a guided walk or camel ride, a visit to the anti-poaching sniffer dogs, and sundowners.
Day 3: Loisaba Star Beds
Morning activity, then move to Loisaba Star Beds. Dinner by the fire and a night on a roll-out bed under the open sky (April and May: a third night at the Tented Camp).
Day 4: Loisaba – Nairobi
Breakfast, then fly back to Wilson Airport.

Good to know
- Prices are per person sharing, in USD, for non-residents
- Children under 12 sharing with two adults stay free at the camp; teenagers 12–17 sharing with two adults pay 25% of the adult rate. Park or conservancy fees and flights still apply (flights 75% for children 2–11)
- Star Beds is a raised open platform; tell us about your access needs and we will check it with the camp
- Loisaba Star Beds is closed in April and May
- Bags on light aircraft are limited to 15 kg per person in soft bags
