Drive from Nairobi to Tsavo in your own Land Cruiser with a driver-guide and stay two nights at Man Eaters Camp, a tented camp on the Tsavo River where the railway builders met the famous man-eating lions in 1898. Spend a full day among the red elephants of Tsavo East.

Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Tsavo
Pick-up in Nairobi and drive down the Mombasa road to Man Eaters Camp, about five hours. Lunch and an evening by the river.
Day 2: Tsavo East
A full day of game drives in Tsavo East National Park, with a picnic lunch, looking for elephant, lion, buffalo and lesser kudu along the Galana River.
Day 3: Tsavo – Nairobi
Breakfast, then drive back to Nairobi for drop-off at your hotel or the airport.
