Itinerary
Day 1: Zanzibar to Tarangire – The Land of Giants
Your journey begins with an early morning flight from Zanzibar, arriving at Arusha Airport by 08:30 AM. You will be met by your private guide and head directly to Tarangire National Park.
- Experience: Spend the day exploring the Tarangire River ecosystem, famous for its high concentration of wildlife during the dry season and its prehistoric-looking baobab trees.
- Stay: Comfortable Lodge in Karatu (Full Board)
Day 2: The Ngorongoro Crater – A Natural Wonder
After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater. This self-contained ecosystem offers some of the densest predator populations in Africa.
- Experience: Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor near the hippo pool. Keep a sharp eye out for lions, hyenas, and the elusive black rhino. In the late afternoon, ascend back to the highlands for a relaxing evening.

Day 3: Lake Manyara & Return to Zanzibar
Explore the diverse landscapes of Lake Manyara National Park, situated at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment.
- Experience: Navigate through lush groundwater forests inhabited by troops of baboons and move toward the alkaline lake shores to see thousands of flamingos.
- Departure: Drive back to Arusha for your late afternoon flight, returning you to the tropical breeze of Zanzibar by evening.
