Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your private safari driver and transferred to your lodge. Enjoy a comfortable 35-minute drive to your retreat for the evening.
Overnight: Entebbe Forest Lodge (Luxury) / Hotel No.5 (Mid Range) / Boma Hotel (Standard).
Meal Plan: Dinner.
Day 2: Flight to Kidepo Valley National Park
Start with an adventure to Mabamba Island to spot the Shoebill Stork. After the boat tour, depart for Entebbe Airport for your flight to Kidepo. Enjoy an evening game drive upon arrival.
Embark on morning and afternoon game drives through the Narus Valley to spot lions, elephants, and cheetahs. Visit a Karamojong community to learn about their traditional lifestyle and unique customs.
Take a domestic flight to Murchison Falls National Park. This park is famous for the world’s most powerful waterfall. Enjoy an evening of relaxation or a short game drive.
Morning game drive across the savannah to spot giraffes, elephants, and lions. Afternoon boat cruise to the base of Murchison Falls to see hippos, crocodiles, and water birds.
Visit the top of the falls to witness the Nile’s power up close. Later, drive to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a guided trek to track wild southern white rhinos.
Scenic full-day drive to Kibale National Park, the “Primate Capital of the World”. Pass through tea plantations and villages with views of the Rwenzori Mountains.
Day 9: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park & Boat Cruise
Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park and enjoy an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel. Spot hippos, buffaloes, and elephants along the shoreline.
Experience wildlife viewing on horseback through the park’s grassy hills. In the evening, embark on a night game drive to find nocturnal species like leopards.
