Drive to the Maasai Mara in your own adapted Land Cruiser and stay three nights at Mada Figtree Camp, on the banks of the Talek River close to the reserve’s Talek gate, with game drives at your own pace.
Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara
Pick-up in Nairobi and drive through the Rift Valley to the Mara. Afternoon at the camp, full board.
Days 2–3: Maasai Mara
Game drives in the reserve in your private vehicle: a full day with a picnic lunch, or morning and afternoon drives.
Day 4: Maasai Mara – Nairobi
Early game drive and breakfast, then drive back to Nairobi.

- Mara reserve fees are USD 100 a day from January to June and USD 200 from July to December, included above
- Good Friday and Easter Monday carry a supplement of USD 25 per person
- Children under 3 stay free; 3–12 sharing with adults pay 50% of the hotel rate
