Meet and Assist at JKIA
Accessible Travel offers a professional Meet and Assist service at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) to ensure seamless airport experiences for arriving, departing, and transit passengers. Our trained representatives welcome travelers at the aircraft gate or terminal entrance, provide personalized guidance through immigration, security, and baggage procedures, and escort them to their onward transport or boarding gate.
The service is particularly designed to support persons with disabilities, medical travelers, elderly passengers, VIP guests, and families, and includes wheelchair assistance, porter support, coordination with airlines and airport authorities, and smooth curb-to-gate or gate-to-curb transfers. Our goal is to remove airport navigation stress and deliver a dignified, comfortable, and fully assisted travel experience.
Non-emergency medical transport
Accessible Travel Kenya operates a Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) service that connects patients and persons with disabilities and chronic illnesses to essential medical appointments using wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAVs). We schedule vehicles to ensure patients reach their appointments on time.
We handle fulfilment for Kenya Airways Ezesha for passengers with reduced mobility and Rescue by Flair and we are ready to extend our services and benefits to your clients.

A standard manual wheelchair suitable for short-term mobility needs such as hospital visits, travel, events, or temporary recovery support. Lightweight and easy to maneuver, it can be used indoors and outdoors. - Electric Wheelchair Rental – KES 2,500 per day
A powered mobility wheelchair designed for users who require greater independence and reduced physical strain. Ideal for longer outings, travel experiences, and individuals who need assisted mobility over extended distances. - Retractable Ramp Hire – KES 1,500 per day
Portable retractable ramps that enable safe access to vehicles, buildings, and raised entrances. Suitable for temporary accessibility solutions during events, travel, or home accessibility adjustments.
