Alba Hotel, located on Milimani Road in Meru, is a welcoming addition to Kenya’s accessible accommodation network. Guests arrive via a paved drop-off directly at the entrance, and an on-site elevator with an 80cm door width connects all floors, making it easy to navigate the property with a wheelchair. The hotel offers six dedicated wheelchair-accessible rooms, and staff pride themselves on serving guests with accessibility needs without hesitation. Alba Hotel is currently working to add Braille signage to further improve the guest experience, and all visitors are welcomed and treated with respect throughout their stay.
